Our Pledge for Quality

At Tark Edutech OÜ, quality is at the core of everything we do — in both our corporate trainer academies and the European Trainer Academy.

While our company was founded in 2025, we operate under the established quality management framework of our sister company, BAMIK GmbH in Berlin, Germany. BAMIK has been a leader in professional education since 2009 and is certified under the rigorous standards of the DVWO Quality Model. We align all of Tark Edutech’s processes, from program design to delivery, with these proven quality standards — ensuring our clients benefit from a trusted and tested system.

Our Quality Principles

• All Tark Edutech trainers are accredited through BAMIK and DVWO. They undergo continuous professional development to maintain the highest standards in adult education.
• We follow a structured, transparent process from the initial needs analysis to implementation and transfer, ensuring every program is tailored to client objectives.
• Training concepts are always co-created with our clients, so you’ll have a clear overview of expected outcomes and methodologies well before delivery.
• We apply the double-check principle: all training designs are critically reviewed by peers to ensure methodological soundness and relevance.
• Participants' expectations are actively integrated into the training journey to prevent mismatches and enhance satisfaction.
• We reject spontaneous, last-minute, or “copy-paste” trainings — every session is thoroughly prepared and customized.
• Our trainings balance theory with practical application, providing real-world skills alongside conceptual frameworks.
• All materials are developed based on the latest scientific research and updated regularly by our expert editorial team.
• High-quality equipment and professional materials are a standard in all our face-to-face sessions.
• We remain accessible to our clients even after training delivery — offering support and clarification as needed.

Professional Ethics

Ethical integrity is a non-negotiable part of our professional identity. Our trainers and partners commit to upholding the highest ethical standards in education.

• We explicitly reject pseudo-scientific methods. Approaches lacking a solid scientific foundation — such as so-called "Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)" — have no place in our offerings.
• By contract, all collaborators disassociate themselves from organizations and ideologies that promote manipulative or non-transparent methods, including but not limited to Scientology.

Continuous Quality Commitment

Though Tark Edutech is a new entity, we are committed to achieving our own external quality certifications, including the DVWO quality seal. In the meantime, our alignment with BAMIK's audited quality management ensures that every client receives programs of the highest standard — whether delivered onsite, online, or through blended learning.
