Available Modules

Comprehensive course with eight modules

The Corporate Trainer Academy is a comprehensive train-the-trainer program covering all relevant areas, including course design, training methodology, transfer, and evaluation.

The program is made up of eight modules, which can be taken either as one comprehensive program or as individual modules.

All modules are designed independently of each other, allowing them to be taken in any order. Each online module consists of 24 teaching units, each 45 minutes long. This equals three days of full-time instruction.

Certification

Recognized Certification for Your Internal Trainers

In today’s competitive landscape, both private and public sector clients expect trainers to hold credible and recognized qualifications. Through the European Trainer Academy, your trainers have the opportunity to earn the highly regarded DVWO QM Certified Trainer credential. This certification is awarded by the German Dachverband der Weiterbildungsorganisationen e.V. (DVWO), a leading industry association representing the professional interests of continuing education providers across Europe.

Upon successful participation and completion of the assessment module, your trainers will receive the DVWO QM Certified Trainer certificate. This qualification is recognized across Europe and demonstrates that your trainers meet stringent quality standards in methodology, didactics, and professional delivery.

The DVWO, established in 2002, represents over 10,000 members through various continuing education organizations. Its rigorous certification standards ensure that your trainers are not only proficient in training techniques but also equipped to implement best practices in learning transfer and participant engagement.
